playing vcd's....

Is it possible to play vcd's on ps2 using a speciel boot disc????
Or is their a patch or something for dvd region x so it can be a boot cd for vcds. Please help

I believe the process is to use TMPEnc, and the PSS codec to make a bootable PSS format movie, using another programme to boot the movie. Dont quote me on the whole process I suggested. The PS2 has no VCD decoding capabilities.
