UnSafeDisk and Stronghold

Good guys this is my first post but i will go to point fast (because im no good in english)

1º I use the unsafedisk in Stronghold but something go wrong because i create the file .bin and i rebuild then and rename to original name later i burn the cd but something go wrong because i enter in the game the before i cant because the Safe Disk V2 2.51 but now i see the credits i see the movies but before i can play the game stuck i can only enter in the game but no play...is no fun...

Maybe is a error from my part?

So if I understand you correctly, unsafedisc creates an unprotected exe without any errors, and you can get into the main menu, but your computer freezes if you start a game.

if so, go to http://stronghold.godgames.com/downloads/patch.php and install the 1.2 patch.
then you can use a no-cd crack from here (http://www.gamecopyworld.no/games/pc_stronghold.shtml).

You might be able to copy it without a crack. It depends on what cd-writer you have. It needs to be capable of perfect EFM coding. Download Clone CD (http://www.elby.ch) and Clony XXL (http://clony.insomnia-online.net/) to give it a go. Don't forget you enable Hide CD-R Media in the Clone CD Tray.

Yeah i try the new unsafedisk but only work without the patch because later the safe disk turn to V2.60.52 and the progam say this protect files are not supported yet.

Abouth my recorder is a Acer...i think is only this Acer...

What i really wish know is anyone use the unsafedisk in Stronghold and after is able to play NOT only enter in the game BUT PLAY.

As you didn't give the model number of your drive - see here (http://elby.ch/english/products/clone_cd/writers/b.html#BENQ)
The model number may not be significant as all the Acer's seem to have the same EFM specs. It shows that the Acer's can copy Safedisk 2.4 and below, but not 2.51 and onwards.
If the original cd contains 2.4 then you shouldn't have a problem - use Clony to get the settings.
If the original cd contains 2.51, then try using AWS in Clone CD - and don't forget to use Hide CD-R Media in the Clone CD Tray if you play the game from your cd-writer.

Instead of making the crack with Unsafedisk yourself, you could try seeing if the crack you need is here (http://www.megagames.com/cracks/html/c902450_0.htm)

Yeah you are rigth i can only copy until 2.40 after no and the SD in the game is a 2.51 and with patch go to 2.60 i will try use a AWS but what is a AWS?

AWS = Amplify Weak Sectors
If you scan the disk with Clony then it'll set Clone CD up for you.

What protection is on the original disk (no patching) SD 2.51?

In clony XXL what is Burnes that do SD&96 bites of sub-channel reading and wrinting (i think my recorder is here Acer)

I dont mind in use unsafedisk to play the game but the problem is UNSAFEDISK DONT WORK IN STRONGHOLD.

If you can't use Unsafedisk on it, then download a crack from the net.

The best writers at the moment are the Lite-on's and they are very cheap.

24X, 32X, 40X and 48X all meet the requirements for sure. Some of the slower ones don't (although some do), but you're unlikely to want to buy anything less than 24X. They moved to (Switzerland I think?) when they redesigned the site, probably for economical reasons, i forget. You can still use .de and .org however.:p
