How can i change the contents of data1.hdr so that it will install gta3 when i copy it to cd. i cant get it figured out. ive tried everything... anyone plz!!

You shouldn't modify the .hdr file yourself.
i6comp will do that automatically when you replace/add/remove files in the .cab file.

Well it didnt modify my .hdr file. cause it wont install for me now, it keeps bring up errors and stuff
ill try and figure it out, but anyone with advice please tell me...

The header file has nothing to do with your problem. You need a Installshield 6.x Script Decompiler (http://www.sdgmxing.com/tools/Decompilers/InstallShield/ISD/ISD.ZIP) and a Compiler (which is included with InstallShield (www.installshield.com)). But don't ask me how to decompile, modify and recompile the script. You will have to find it out by yourself. I can give you no advice, sorry.
