Sky Gunner Booting Prob

I have probs booting SkyGunner
I have tried to use the ADR patcher also, I am using the Generic patcher but when I burn it either at x 12 or at x 1 speed the game still will not boot I am using NEO 2.2 I think with and action replay card
Could it be the cd I am using Iit is a cheap silver 80 minute
Any help would be greatfully apreciated :o)

it may be the type of cdr you are using

what software are you using to copy?

what is the patch for?

Nero, but I also can use CDrwin,
I believe it is an EA Boot game, if I use the ADR patcher it does detect a EA code (or whatever it is it looks for) and patches the game , but it still doesn't play
These days I burn all my cd's using Nero to burn the bin files

i tried it with different cdr but with same result.
