i need a new modchip

i think ive got a no solder mod, v4 ps2. where can i get a chip that allows me to play all games as im having grief playing certian games on my ps2. how much does it cost? where are they based etc. how quickly do they fit it?

if u r usa then usa version released very soon or if your v4 has date code other then 1c we can post u pal messiah and it still work minus the colour probs on ps1 games(easily fixed $10 few xtra wires)
