No mod Patches/Universal Patcher

Is there a no mod chip universal patcher about? Or where is the best place to get the latest patches from for this purpose?

I've tried megagames but need it for vampire nights NTSC.

i have a no solder r-mod, some games wont work, but they work on my friends machine. can i get them to work using a no mod method? if so please tell me how. I only have access to games my friend already has as i dont know where to download them. the games i need to get working are fifa 2002, 007,gt3,zone of enders & batman

There are some available on www.megagames.com\ps2 under patches but I was really looking for a universal patcher.
