Need help or a new cd crack for GTA3

Hello I got gta3 now i need the nocd crack I have tried the myth it cuts off sound and locks my mouse does anyone have or know of a place that has a ****WORKING***** cd crack. Any replys of any places would be greatly appreciated!!!

I cant believe that still up to today no one has been able to find a standarized solution (meaning that it'll work most of the time on the majority of pcs) to the no-cd cracks for GTA3. Ive read all threads in here, isonews, megagames and I dont know what else and it seems that everyone has a different story on how they got the game running with sound and without the cd. Too bad for me, cause NONE of ALL those threads have solved my no sound trouble....
This are a few questions about this troublesome game and crack:
Why do ALL no-cd cracks are just Myth's one but with different names???
Why does the game work with no sound if you remove either sfx.raw or sfx.sdt but people that have sound working say that these two files need to be present??
Does the game, or crack for all that matters, checks to see if each file sound is exactly legitimate (size, corrupt) ?
Will the game work with sounds even if some are replaced with fake ones???
Will there be a less troublesome crack??
A suggestion to the moderators, why not make a small compendium of all info on getting the crack to work in one big thread?
I only want to help by bringing this stuff to attention. I've read too many threads and none have helped me and Im sure many people feel disoriented too....
