I´ve downloaded a patch file for Azure Dreams at MegaGames.com. But I dont know what to do with that patch.
The file is comes as .p4u
What kind of program should I use now?

use pal4u patcher which you can download here mega games (http://megagames.com/psx/psx_patches.shtml) why are you tring to apply that type of patch for it is to covert a game from pal-2-ntsc or vise versa not a protection patch
