Crazy Taxi Backup

I copied Crazy Taxi on to CD-r(Because its A Cd Game Not DVD-R)
I tried to boot it with dvd region x ( boot cd i use) and nothing happened.
Do i need a patch?
Do i need a different boot cd?
Should a burn it with a different program?
Please HELP!!!

My playstation is a Pal, Australian SCPH-30002 r
My mod:Sbox
Burner: Hewlett packard cd writer 9100 series
Burning program: Hewlett Packard MyCD
