PS2 games

I got klonoa2 iso image and after I burned it, i got a cd with AC3 and BIN files that didn't play in my PS2.
The same happen with final fantasy VIII, after burned the cd, i got a .pak files.

Do I have to extrat these files?

I got the klonoa 2 from ac3 link, i burned the image(iso) and the cd didn't play.Anyone can help me with this
I tried to know what's going and i found out that my cd has some ac3 files( .ac3) and some bin files (.bin).
