The answer will always be the Messiah because of the hassle free PS2 backup handling (no swap).

It doesn't work out that expensive in the long run. Depends on wether you play rips or full DVD-R copies. If DVD-r's then Messiah is best else neo will do.

Is Messiah really too expensive

it costs £80 for any other mod chip
(AR2 £30 + Devil May Cry £30 +modchip £20)=£80

and then a whole load of bu$@#ng around every time
u want to play a game!

You need the Messiah! It direct boots everything which means no f****** about every time you want to play a backup. Even if it is expensive, it's worth every penny and will pay for itself in no time at all! :D
