Burning PS2 Games

I'm new to burning games and such, and I have a few questions I was hoping someone could answer for me. First, where on the internet can I download the games so that I can put them on a disk? Second, does it matter what type of disk I burn it to? I realise that with the DVD games I will need a DVD disk, but what about he black-bottomed disks? And finally, I have the neo-chip in my system, so do I need any patches for my game? And if so, where do I get them, and how do I put them on a game?

Well first off don't ask on where to download games because you will not get answer for this!..Next Black Bottom discs you're refering to is Playstation one games..Blue Bottom ones are PS2 and Silver are Ps2 DVD roms..Also what version of Neo chip do you got?
Neo.2.2, neo 2.5 neo4..Need more info..
