What program is the best to use to copy Dungeon Siege?

I backed up DS the day I got it with an old version of CloneCD.
No special requirements. Just copy on the fly or write to file first.:D

What version of CloneCD? I have a trial version of 4 and a trial version of 3. Are there any older full versions available to download legally?
