i've recently burned winning eleven6 and when i play it on my PAL ps2 i can see the semifields of the NTSC scanline( you know the semiframe stuff, jagged outlines etc...)....any hint or solution to the problem?

Is your TV NTSC compatible?

yes cause i have never had a problem with psx NTSC games...
