burning FF9

i am having trouble burning a backup copy of my ff9 i tryed using cd clone but cant get a working copy to burn any suggestions

I managed to get discs 2, 3 and 4 copied, but i can't get disc 1 to copy. If anyone has any tips i'd appreciate it. Thanks

I have copied FF9 without any problems at all.
Is it UK or US version?
I have the US/NTSC version and no problems at all.

I Used CDRwin to copy it.
