F1 2001 v1.0.7.6 (Development Update #2) no-cd crack?

Is it SD2.51? Then you could try new UnSD2.51. Its available at Cirkutz home (www.kickme.to/cirkutz).

WARNING: UnSD2.51 seems to be a bit buggy still. May not work.

Um...yeah I think so. I just got UnSD2.51 from GameFix (http://gamefix.********/) which is also where i got the no-cd patch for v1.0.7.4 (update #1 ).

I just figured I'd wait for someone who knows what they're doing to release a crack, but no luck yet, so I'll just give it a lash myself I guess.:cool:

Well, heres the thing. I haven't actually downloaded update patch #2 yet and I don't have the 'net at home so I have to dl the patch at my University, burn to CD, take it home, blah, blah, blah....Needless to say, these things take time and I haven't got around to it yet, but I'll let you know.:)

Tried it but no luck. Got that random error message.
Just dl Safedisc Analyser 3.4 and unSafeDisc 2.40.10 so I'll see if F12001 actually is SD 2.51 or not.
I'm new at this so I really have no idea what I'm doing!

hmm im looking for the crack myself too, just downloaded the Update Pack 2 and cant run my game because of the new copy protection, i have no idea and dont know anything about cracking games so i just hang around and wait for a decent crack, please notify me when it comes, i would be thankful !

(it's not a crack, it's a fixed .exe, guess you will have to download the whole file, but no big deal, it's >700kb only)

Well I analysed the f12002.exe and found it was 2.40.10 (or something like that, but obviously not 2.51). Then used corresponding unSafeDisc and it worked beutifully!

To XyToPs, its really quite easy to crack it yourself or you can go to those links provided by DraPin. I recommend downloading the tools and doing it yourself, as they will come in handy for getting rid of that nasty SafeDisc protection on other games as well, the latest version seems to be quite successful on such games as Medal of Honour and OFP. Joy!

By the way, does SafeDisc Analyser recognise the latest versions of SafeDisc? That is, does it detect 2.51?

Who knew it was this easy! All this time I was waiting for a crack when I could of done it myself.

But hey, what did I do? Download a few programs and press a few buttons. The real hard work was done by r!sc and is being carried on by CirKutz and waste_me. Excellent work, keep it up.
