There is a big difference in price between the Pioneer A03 and the LG GCE-8320B will either one work for ps2 DVD Rom games? I know the A03 is a DVD burner and the LG GCE-8320B is a cdr I just need to know which will work and what to get I can burn all games except if the DVD-rom label is on the case please let me know if they both will work for this or only 1 of them will

uhm.. the A03 is a DVD burner, while the LG is a CD burner.

well...the dvd burner will make backups of your DVD based games and also make backups of your CD based games, whereas the CD burner will only make CD-R backups so you'd have to know how to rip your DVD games and it's more complicated. I suggest you getting the DVD burner.

If the DVD Burner doesn't support CD sub-channel read/write (and dn't repair) then protected PS2 CD games won't copy correctly unless they are subsequently patched.
