I'm trying to get a Pal console to get chip with Messiah... I would like to get sure that Messiah works in all PAl Console without exceptions.... there is a guy who wants to exchange his pal console with me... he bought in december last year in London.... what I need to know about his console to get sure that I can chip with Messiah?
Sorry to ask about it again... I'm just a little worry....

Any PAL console will take the Messiah chip. Ensure that you see the console working - a step-up transformer would need to come with the PS2 for it to work in US/Canada.
