I recently purchased a modified playstation with 30 copied CD's from an auction. The person did not disclose that these games would only work on his console. I can't even use his console because the wires that came with it or 240v and even where you plug it in, in the back, is different, so I cannot use a standard playstation AC plug. I tried to play the games on another modified playstation, but all they will do is roll. I have been advised that I need to change the format on these games. I do not know how to do it. I have a 1.2 GHz, 256 Ram, and running Windows 98. I have a 52X CD Rom and an Acer 8x4x32 CD-Writer. I am using the program CDRwin. I have copied many games, but that is all I have ever done. I do not understand about changing formats. I was told to download Zapper 2K, which I did and that is in a zip file.
Please someone help me by going through the step by step directions on how I can re-copy these games with the right format.

if you mean, get a pal game to play on a ntsc playstation or vise versa it is easy.just download a patch that says pal-2-ntsc and patch the bin file, and then burn it back to a cdr.
