Medal of Honour. Copy from temp file

I have copied MOHA onto my hdd and added the crack.
size. I loaded the full game 2 disks, before I added the crack, now I can't copy the game back to a CDR(W) due to the size.
I tried loading disk 1 only, this worked. But when I went to load
the game it came up with missing file.

This is my first attempt at this. Please help a newbie.

Just copy the two discs to two different temp dirs. Then add the crack to disc two (theres room on that one). Then burn both CDs using Nero and the SAME LABEL!!! Install the game, replace .exe.
Play. Have fun.
