PSOv2 PAL question [Archive]

I've heard that the PAL version of PSOv2 online doesn't require the "hunter guild card", which you have to play $15 for 3 monthes to get online.

Do DC games include their own switches(50hrtz/60hrtz) or do I need to get some special hardware?

Most of DC games detect your frequency or ask you to choose for 50 or 60 Hz.

Bluemoon : some DC games ask you to choose between 50 or 60 Hz and there's no special hardware to force a mode, as far as I know.
