Definately wrong forum. Contact tech support maybe.

Is this your BIOS password? - you could flash the BIOS

or a Windows password - in Win 98 etc press cancel

"Someone" changed your password? Are you the legal owner?

boot to your windows NT cd, and re-install windows NT. you should be able to view everything on the drive. either that, or look for a password breaker. those should make short work of a windows protection password.

U can't really do this by accident as u have to CONFIRM the password entry. So your friend WILL know what it is.
Ask your friend for the user id & password.
If he is any friend at all, he will tell u wot it is.

Else, search for an NT password cracker like the others say.
