Making a Backup of a Original

I would like to make up a back up of Original PS2 games I own because I have children and they scratch my disks, I have a neo 2.2 chip as well.
How do I make a backup as I am new to computers.
I have Nero program and also discjuggler.
Please make it simple because i am computer illetarate
