ok i just got this game and i got an ar2 do i still need to patch the ea patch

and i burned a few games none worked what am i doing wrong i use wincdr and use the cue sheet and when i use the ar2 it gives that power sound for a few seconds then powers down then 10 secs later powers up then down and repeats but dose not load up whats am i doing wrong am i bootin wrong i dont know whats wrong if u can help id be real thankful

sounds like your ps2 is not able to read the cdrs you use. try a different brand of blanks.

Hi,

You need to patch this game. I did put a link on a reply last week on another Tekken post.

Also check out www.psxcopyworld.co.uk it seems your booting methods are a little messy.

Also with regards to media, if your using cheap ones bin them. Treat your ps2 to some Verbatim Datalife plus media they are the best.
