if anyone is playing shadowman 2 on a chipped machine will they please do a back up and check if it works ok!!...what i mean is i have copied hundreds of games for psx1 without any problems and all the psx2 cdroms but shadowman 2 is f****ing with my head!!!
when i play the back up and whenever i have to push a crate etc the game just freezes!! I dont know what is going on ....fade maybe... but i need some feedback from somebody!! please!!!!

ive backed this up with no probs boots straight away with my ps2 v5 with the massiah but with my ps2 v4 with neo 2.2 and ar2 v1.9 it will only boot if i do the ea way and without codes but boots every time that way hope this helps

Shadowman 2 ( backup on CDR ) works fine on my pal V3 console with neo 4

im going to try a different media juring week but its funny that alll the games ive done are on the same media and all other games work fine, it seems that when i push a crate or block the game just freezes ,the disk spins for a second or so and then nothing!!
i have played the game flawlessly with no skips or anything but it just stops when mike pushes a block!!
btw i have v5 + no sloder mod + AR2.2

no solder has game size issue is it bigger than 650mb
seems like silly question as u seem to know what u r doing but what did u use to copy it?

Out of intrest what media are you using?
I have found that when doing DVD-R's
For most games I can use cheap unbranded media and it works no problem. Other games won't copy on these at all and freeze lots or just don't boot at all. For these I use a branded DVD-R and that solves a lot of problems.
Verbatim work best for me on both CDR and DVDR Recording at a low speed.

Copied it with CloneCD, works first time, everytime..

I'm using a PAL console and a Messiah Chip mind you though... Burnt it at 24x and works fine, no problems at all. I use only Verbatim media... the best media there is. Can't go wrong with it.
