What is the best software for creating a DIVX movie file from a DVD movie through my CD-R or CD-RW drive to then be burned onto a CD-R disc?

2nd, you can try Burn DVD to VCD/SVCD/Avi(DivX) in CD-R/RW,
you can find it in the Free Download Area of www.jummpa.com
