Ps2 Multi region

Hi all,
wondering if you can help me I have d/l'ed the dvd multi region-pal tool 2 burn onto cd only problem is i havent got a clue it contain's a .bin and .cue file.

What do you mean you don`t know what to do with the 2 files? Those are your iso files. It contains the data for your cd. The latest version of nero and cdrwin can read the files.
