I have a cd burner and am very interested in getting a dvd burner.
I messed around with these programs trying to rip dvds from a dvd rom to a cdw with littel success. The few movies that came out where poor in quality and it took about 8 hours to rip one dvd. What I want to know if is a DVDRW any easier to burn dvds with or do you still have to change the formats and stuff? And how easy are pls2 games to rip? Do you have to have any special chips or anything for your pls2 to make thsi work? I love technology but sometimes its a little over me head. Thanks for and response appreciate your help. Well to play you ps1 or ps2 games you backup you will need a modchip either a neo chip and gameshark or one the fancy chips like messiah (better have some soldering pro install it) but u shouldnt need the gameshark with this one. I only using a neo2.2 chip. As far as dvd copying I cant tell you how to do it. I think u still have to put it on hardrive and then edit it to fit on the 4.7 gig blank dvd. For me its not economical to do this. I just buy the dvd movie. But you will need a DVD-R drive to do you ps2 burning. Just my 2 cents worth.

I suggest get a messiah chip. To burn ps2 dvd games. Just install prassi primo dvd and if you have a pioneer A03 Get firmware 1,68 at www.pioneer-eur.com Than you can make triaght copies of dvd games
