i havethe digital vcr from creative. and when it records off the tv it records as a fre. file how can i get these files to be in a dvd format so i can burn them to a dvd?

im kinda new at this so pleas help thank you

you need to convert it to a vcd then burn that to a dvdr disk
you can't convert to dvd directly
