can you patch a game that you haven't bought? some you can patch others not. i want to patch renegade but it doesn't work.

if you have half-life, you can update that, no matter if you bought it or not. but with renegade you can't, it is protected somehow and i want to know if you can still can install that patch to get the latest version.

Does any of you now got a working Fix or Crack for the newest version of c&c renegade to PLAY IT ONLINE??...PLZZZZZZZZZ i want to play this great game online...

all the MP fixes didn't work...

you should always buy the game. you can always install patches onto original games.

that's what normally happens and i don't think there are any exeptions...

I think he means 'backed up' games using cracks/exefixes.

If this is what u mean, it is still possible to update the game. Just reinstall the game without applying the crack, install the update, then install an updated version of the crack, and the game'll run just fine. Check Gamecopyworld (http://www.gamecopyworld.com) for latest cracks

thank you, that's what i tried to say (i know, my english isn't really good :))

it's because i wanted to play renegade on lan and one game was updated and i didn't want to uninstall that one.
