Where is the best place to get a Mod chip or a boot disk on the net? The safest place to shop (most reliable), and has the best prices.
Do the boot disk that you buy really work and you dont need modchips with them?
Is it hard to install them without no soldering experience? I have no parallel port on the back for an game enhancer.
