The Italian Job (PAL)/Gran Turismo (PAL)

THE ITALIAN JOB:
I have copied The Italian Job (PAL) twice using psxcopy2000 the game loads with no problems but just hangs on the games first loading screen.

If i boot the game using the original disk and let it load the title screen then swap the disk with the back-up the game plays fine and i am able to load the levels, etc.

Whats wrong why doesn't it load?

GRAN TURISMO:
When going in quick arcade mode and starting a new game after choosing car the game says loading. It then resets the psone. If u keep trying over and over again it eventually works but theres no sound.

Why doesn't the game always load/with sound?

Both cd's are free from any scratches and dirt.

Try copying the game using clone CD with the read subchannel data options checked for reading and the don't repair subchannel data checked for writing. This will give you a working backup. It worked for me.

The Italian Job needs a patch to remove the copy protection, you can get it at http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_patches.shtml

Lazy_Hazie, was it The Italian Job you copied with cloneCD?
