I just tried to back-up my copy of this brand new release, using CloneCD v3.341 and both Plextor2410A and TeacCD-W524E, but none of them could handle this in acceptable time (interrupted after 8 hrs. at 0.xx %)...

ClonyXXL also doesn't recognize any protection there...

Anybody successfully backed this up and can tell, how?
Or, what new protection version there might be?

Still waiting for a working NoCD_patch, also...

Did you tick Fast Error Skip as it most likely has SD2.

E: Civ3-german- is copy protected with LaserLok you have to look at the DirTree of the CD there must be an hidden Dir called laserlok.
D: Bei Civ3-german- handelt es sich um eine mit LaserLok geschützte CD.

E: You can copy the german version with CloneCD, use this settings:
