PS2 Ver3 NTSC Using NeoKey & DVD Region X

Hello out there.......
I live in the USA using PS2 ...I just added a New USB Neo Key and the DVD Region X....as I need to play my Backups of all my games and hopefully DVD Movies.
Currently, I just started making my backups .....So far my PSone backup works Ok.....however, my PS2 backups (NON DVD Disk) after trying a patch works but the screen jumping.........Does anyone knows the best way to make a good backup of PS2 both compact and DVD Disks as well as the site to obtain patches.
Does the quality Cd makes a difference.
The PS2 game in question is Crash Bandicoot >>the wrath of cortex........

I have updated >>CDRwin, CloneCd, DiskJuggler and Nero5.5

Perhaps you unnecessarily patche an NTSC game to PAL. Or you didn't apply an NTSC patch to a PAL game. That's usually the problem.

Thanks a zillion.........your advise is logical........indeed.
However, is there a Web Site Known to obtain my NTSC Patches for my PS2 Games .......I could only find web Sites for PAL Patches............
Does anyone Knows......please......../.thanks.
