Help- Problem loading copied SIMS expansion packs

My daughter has the origonal SIMS and that works o.k ,but when I load the Hot Date,House Party & livin' it up copied expansion packs none of the Sims will work except for houseparty.
Do I need patches for all these expansion packs & how do I install them?
Is there any specific order to install them?
Please keep instructions simple, just like me!!!!!

not sure about hot date....but specific order for others is....
1. sims
2. livin large
3. house party

And note that the Livin it Up, House Party and Hot Date, extend the game (expansion pack). You will not be able to access all versions just the last one installed. Thats is why there is this order. All features from previous versions are included.

Whats the difference between a patch and a crack :rolleyes:

usually, a crack is from a programmer circumventing the copy protection. a patch is from the company that manufactured the game/product.
