Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance Problem

Used Rip pack for Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance 4cd version. Boots ok, and get menu options. Choose a character ok, then when game starts proper just get blank screen. ?
Have Neo 2.2. (own the original so more out of curiosity).
Any help much appreciated !

Please dont bring up four year old threads ;).

It could be the neo 2.2 but really its hard to say. Most dont waste their time with rips anymore.
