MOHAA multiplayer patch

Hi, I've a backup copy of MOHAA updated with the last multiplayer patch, I can play in single player mode but when I try to play in gamespy it prompts asking for the correct cd!! What can I do? Have anyone faced this problem?

My OS is XP....
