Help! My origachip doesn't boot import

Help! I just got my GT Concept 2001 today JP and I just tried it with my u.s v2 origachip. It doesn't boot at all. The psx and ps2 cdr working fine.

If that is the only import original that you have, then in my experience the likely or at least possible cause is that one of A1 through A9 is not properly attached to the CPU (A9 stands off the CPU). There isn't much solder there and they can come off.
