Question 1
The laser thing, assuming the consul is new does this mean that you need to adjust the laser as soon as you fit the Origa.
if so can you point me in the right direction.

You won't need to recalibrate a new machine if the backup disks are optimally burned. For CD-Rs, follow my advice in "CD-R Burning Speed". For DVD-Rs, Pioneer A03 with firmware 1.65 or later burns optimally in my experience.
Gameslayer is a Messiah clone. I have one, I can get more. It works.

Yes it is a no swap mod. No swap for anything - boots everything. It's been around since December but Sony got a court order against the UK design/distribution company. So they come from places as 'clones'.
