If you can get into this forum, http://www.hardstore.it/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi, there is a post reporting success. If not then it was in the predecessor forum at www.origa.com and it definitely reported SCPH 30000 working fully with Origa 1.25

There's bugger all people out there with that combination.

£70 - £80 is a fair price. Please make sure that the installer is fully able to test the PS2 before letting you have it back. Especially DVD import originals and DVD-R backups. This is usually the sticking point and is a laser thing. More often than not a good cleaning sorts it out.

Ideally the installer should test thsat a Jap DVD game boots before the mod is fitted; then both the Jap DVD and an import original DVD. If the latter doesn't work, there wil be a deficient joint in the A1 - A9 lines. The a DVD-R just to make sure. The installer will need AR2 (any) or DVDRX (any). PAL versions are a good test that CD original imports boot.
