What is subchannel data and how should I select the options:

"Read SubChannel Data from Data Tracks"

"Read SubChannel Data from Audio Tracks"

I am also interested in "Fast Error skip"

and "Intelligent Bad sector scanner"

I have an Iomega CDRW6402EXT-B speeds 16x 10x 40x
