The Sims - Houseparty

Can any1 help??? I've run HP through CLONY and CloneCD, which it said it had copied sucessfully, and it even installed onto my PC. When I tried to run the game, it gets passed the screen where it asks what size screen you want, changes to the big blue screen that says Houseparty.......then nothing. it crashes. Any1 any idea's what I've done wrong???

yip you probably don't have a sd2 compatible cdrw. Did you use the amplify weak sector in clonecd and what cdrw do you have? More info please....

yes, I amplified the weak sections, and I've a HP 9350i cd-writer. Someone has suggested I try Daemon manager, so I'll give that a go, altho it seems a bit complicated!! I thought I'd just run a copy off and it would work - its much more straight-forward with PS games!!! If you've got any idea's so that I can just put the cd in and run it, I'd be so pleased (and not pulling my hair out.....)

Success!!! I downloaded Daemon tools, and whacked the Clonecd up to warp speed, and somewhere between the two, got a copy that works!!! Rn't I a cleva bunny???
