Help with Worms: Armageddon

Hi! I'm having trouble with the No-CD patch of Worms: Armageddon. The patch I downloaded says "Found other file with same name!" and doesn't do anything to fix it. Any help would be welcome.

Have you copied the patch (.exe) file over the original one?

I just scanned the CD itself and it doesn't appear to have nay protection so you should be able to make a 1:1 copy anyway.
