achterbahn designer (disney) problem

hi

i have a problem with the game
achterbahn designer (ultimate ride?)
by disney interactive

after the main screen with the red bar risding to 100% a new screen appears with a picture and a song playing, but nothing else, no mouse, no text, just the picture.
it doesnt go on from here.

i already have directX 8.0a installed.
(from return to castle wolfenstein, which runs perfectly)

what could be the problem?

is there maybe a patch already?
