I need help with patches

I just downloaded the Battle Realms no-cd hack for version 1.02.
It comes as an .ace file. What am I supposed to do with it? I can't open this file, do I need another program to open it?

If u click on the daemon tools on the task bar of the forum u will see a news item that states u need the new winace 2.xx as the older winrar & winacs fail to work. hope this is all u need matey.
