Where dose Stronghold no-cd go???

I'm probably missing something obvious here, but I've got a no-cd patch from this site, and can't find where in Stronghold to put it!There isn't a System file or anything that I recognise, and the patch isn't a zip that magically finds its own way to the .exe...Newbie needing help! TIA

Put The Stronghold.exe and the Stronghold.cfg
in the stronghold folder and overwrite the old ones then play
