Counterstrike login problems

I ve got the original half-life game (german, own key) the german update to 1.1.0.8 and the counterstrike mod 1.3.
but when i tried to login to servers it always says "failed valid to the won.net" (or something like that)
can anyone help me with this problem?

This Massage means that someone is Online with your Key, ya have to contact Sierra, send Your CD with Key and get a new one(if you really have an original CD ;) )
