Help Installing Operation Flashpoint 1.2 patch...

Ive read all the threads, ive gotten up to the point of dumping the new exe from the original patch exe, but now it says I havnt got the game installed or my installation is corrupt.
I have the ripped version. Im thinking it needs the reg keys which the rip didnt install, could anyone help me out?
