How do I jump this protection? Which is the encrypted exe suposed to have the *.icd file in?

I've tried with UnSafeDisk for SafeDisk v2 and several other third partys and nothing goes ok.... :(

3. UNSAFEDISC 2......not the original unsafedisc, which only works with version 1

Safedisc 2 doesn't have an .icd file anymore. It's all contained within the executable.
