PSX on PC

Is there a program that allows you to put a psx cd into your pc and play it. I dont want to use an emulator because although very tempting i dont want to download a 100mb game on a 56k modem.

Jus download a program called Bleem (1 or 2Mb). You might find a link on the GCW main page down the right hand side.

Ignore bleem-grab a copy of vgs or better still epsxe (uses your 3d card to enhance the graphics).
